Dips: Find a sturdy chair or bench and use it to perform tricep dips, lowering yourself down and pushing back up. Modify by keeping your knees bent.

Plank Walk: Start in a plank position, walk your hands forward a few steps, then walk back. Keep your core engaged and hips low.

The Agility Adventure:

This workout focuses on coordination, balance, and agility, essential for all activities. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest. Repeat the entire circuit 2-3 times.

Star Jumps: Jump your feet out into a star shape, land, and jump back to starting position.
